Historical magazines totaling 4,646 volumes and 2,738 varieties are possessed by the Korea Magazine Museum Among the Museum's possessions are historically valuable magazines such as Korea¡¯s first magazine The Social Meeting Bulletin published by Korean students studying in Tokyo in 1912, the first modern magazine The Boy in 1908, and The Great Korea Independence Association Bulletin issued in 1896. And the first edition of The Thought having the same fate with modern history and others are also displayed in this Museum.

The Korea Magazine Exhibition Center opened in Nov. 16 display all the magazines up to 4,000 kinds according to their pertinent field. Located at the underground floor of Sisa English Center (the opposite side of Tapgol Park) at the chongno 2 Ga, Seoul, the Korea Magazine Exhibition Center display all kinds of magazines according to their related field in order to know the present state of Korean magazines at a glance.
