Before reaching its current name Magazine News in 1990, The monthly
newsletter went through many alterations. It started as Korea Magazine
Bulletin in December 1964, which was subsequently changed to Magazine
Industry in July 1967, Korea Magazine Industry in 1968, Magazine Bulletin
in 1974, and Magazine Newsletter in 1980
The newsletter covers domestic and foreign magazine industry patterns
and related information. Centering on domestic magazine industry's news,
it deals with KMA's news, happenings of member companies, newly founded
magazines, related group happenings, etc.
It is a representative magazine-led newsletter which is distributed to magazine
association's members for free and even to China and Taiwan.
